Executive Challenge
Warehouse operations, production activities and quality processes operated as separate environments with limited integration. Frequent discrepancies between physical operations and ERP information reduced visibility, increased the effort required to manage inventory and production progress, and forced operational decisions based on delayed or incomplete data.
Solution Approach
AI-LOG designed and implemented an integrated execution framework connecting SAP eWM, Radio Frequency technology, MES and Quality Management in a unified operational model. The solution synchronized warehouse activities, production events and quality controls into a single flow, ensuring real-time alignment between physical processes and enterprise systems. Shopfloor execution was connected to ERP through RF-enabled transactions and automated data visibility.
Client Outcomes
Warehouse, production, and quality teams gained access to the same information simultaneously. Real-time visibility replaced delayed reconciliations, enabling faster decision-making and stronger control of material flows. Production traceability improved, inventory discrepancies decreased, and quality control became proactive rather than reactive.
– Real-time inventory visibility across warehouse and production
– Improved production traceability from raw materials to finished goods
– Faster operational execution through automated data capture
– Reduced discrepancies between physical operations and ERP data
– Stronger control of material flows throughout the operation
– Quality decisions driven by accurate, real-time information
