Reporting System – Whistleblowing
PTE Consulting SpA and its subsidiary AI-LOG SrL have adopted a system for managing whistleblowing reports, including anonymous one, capable of contributing to the prevention of offences, irregularities or conduct carried out in violation of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, the Code of Ethics of the PTE Group, internal and/or external legislation (e.g. on corruption, antitrust, etc.) or in any case likely to cause damage or prejudice, even if only in terms of image or reputation, to the PTE Group.
The procedure for managing reports forms an integral part of the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 of PTE Consulting SpA in implementation of Law No. 179/2017 (the so-called Whistleblowing Law).
PTE has implemented a dedicated platform for filing whistleblower reports.
If you want to file a report to PTE, please log in to the platform.
Who can submit a report
Anyone can file a report, in particular:
- Persons belonging to the PTE Group: employees (regardless of the type of contract) and collaborators, including administrative and control bodies;
- Third parties: persons who, for various reasons, entertain/have entertained or intend/have intended to maintain employment or collaboration relationships with the PTE Group.
PTE Consulting SpA and its subsidiary AI-LOG SrL encourage that the identity of the whistleblower (whose confidentiality is guaranteed at all stages of the process) is disclosed in the reports, this way the reported facts can be verified more easily and it is possible to guarantee the protection of the whistleblowers’ identity and inform them of the results of the investigations. However, anonymous reports are allowed, as required by the law.
What to report
The reports relate to facts (of any nature, even merely omissive), that have already occurred or that are very likely to happen, referable to Persons of the PTE Group or to Third Parties that may constitute offences, irregularities or conducts in violation of:
- the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and the procedures that implement it;
- the Code of Ethics of the PTE Group;
- laws or regulations (e.g. on corruption, antitrust, money laundering, etc.);
- in any case capable of causing damage or prejudice, even if only in terms of image or reputation, to the PTE Group.
The reports must concern facts of which the whistleblower has direct knowledge, having the same reasonable grounds to believe that the information reported is true at the time of the report.
Reports must be made promptly with respect to knowledge of the facts to ensure it is concretely possible to verify them.
Communications, complaints, claims, requests concerning issues other than those of the reports are excluded. Reports must not concern personal complaints.
