Solution Approach
AI-LOG supported a comprehensive Greenfield SAP S/4HANA
transformation, redesigning the target operating model and leading implementation across
all Plants. The program covered sales and distribution, procurement, manufacturing
(planning & execution), inventory, warehousing, quality management and logistics,
supported by SAP eWM, MES integration, and RF-enabled warehouse execution. A
shared process framework with common master data and standardized governance
replaced fragmented local approaches.
